After-sale service of the products
1.1   The standard product sold via our company, its 2 years warranty period, the date calculate from the product record of the shipped date on our system.
1.2   Enclose the product have the barcode of serial number on every product surface, this only proves in order to the warranty date, please be appropriate protect it, if is unable to distinguish and traced back to the period, this product is not asserted during this period in order to the warranty date.
1.3   Before the defect product should be return, the customer must apply to our company for RMA number and offer the model, quantity, serial number, defect phenomenon, and after our company quality assurance department confirms agreeing, the defect products will be return to factory for rework process.
1.4   The products return transportation expenses are pay in advance by the customer, it paid by our company for the transportation expenses charges at the time of the responsibility of our company after the products are reworked and judged, if not the responsibility of our company on the contrary, the transportation expenses charges returned are pay by the customer.
1.5   The products during this warranty period, the function fails under the normal operating status, before analysis by our company QA department, while belonging to the responsibility of our company, our company is responsible for maintaining free the rework, or change the new product when can't maintain.
1.6   The defect products during this warranty period, after the products are reworked and judged, the products firmly not the following factor causes (artificial factor is such as input and output line reversed and natural disaster, meeting un-resisted external force or damage through artificial etc.), Our company must be responsible for maintaining or change the new product to the customer.
1.7   The defect products during this warranty period, must quote for customer the testing and repairing cost, after the products firmly the artificial factor causes by customer, is replied while agreeing and carries on repairing by the customer.
1.8   Belong to the defect product of customer's problem, when the customer disagrees with the repairing cost, is inquired the customer by the sales and obtains the customer and agrees, defect products is paid the transportation expenses to return or scrap and deal with in accordance with the treating method of our company by the customer.
1.9   The products while sending back to the customer after repaired, if belong to the responsible of our company, the returned transportation expenses by our company.
1.10    The product breakdown and damaged cause by apart without authorization, arbitrary changed the specification or install additionally without authorization or conflict that other hardware apparatuses cause, our company does not give repairing.
1.11    The repaired products during the warranty period and that repairing products pay by customer, to extend the warranty period to be half a year from the repaired products shipping date.
1.12    The warranty period still as 2 years that one of new product is replacement calculate from the products shipping date.
